Financial Considerations and Shipping

Please note that the cost of returning items, including postage, packaging materials, and insurance, is the responsibility of the customer. These costs will not be refunded as part of your return. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been fully processed. This protects both you and us during the returns process.
